La mayoría de los nutricionistas lo recomiendan a la hora de empezar una dieta. Dejar el alcohol puede ser clave para bajar esos kilos que tenés de más y que no podés eliminar con ninguna dieta.

Jelly Devote llevó a la práctica este consejo y mostró como puede cambiar un cuerpo abandonando el alcohol y claro está acompañando el cambio de hábito con ejercicio.

En las imágenes que comparte constantemente en su Instagram, a Jelly se la puede apreciar notablemente más delgada y tonificada. Ella expresa, además, que nunca se sintió mejor ya que ahora está en equilibrio.

#GLOWUP 😱 . This is my “face” glow up after my weightloss. 🙋🏼‍♀️ No my face isn’t all natural, which I’ve never stated. As you can see, my lips are plumped up 💁🏼‍♀️ . But putting that aside, I haven’t had any face surgery, eye surgery (wtf😂) or a nose job that’s the most common rumour. 🙅🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ . Loosing weight does affect your face SO MUCH! I look like a completely different person! 🙀 also I must admit I’m a lot better at makeup 💄 these days ( like, what’s up with them SPERM BROWS y’all 🙇🏼‍♀️😂😩). . I’ve never been happier with my look, and something that people gets wrong, is that just cuz I’ve had fillers (which I FYI is just waiting for it to go out and never do again, had huge complex over my lips 👄 as I’ve spoke about before) doesn’t mean I don’t love myself. So let me tell you guys once and for all, and especially all you haters out there trying to put me down... Jelly relató que decidió abandonar la bebida cuando comenzó a aumentar de peso a los 20 años. El problema no era solo la bebida, sino todo el estilo de vida que la acompañaba y que la hacía sentir demasiado perezosa para hacer ejercicio o comer saludable.

Después de reducir su consumo de alcohol de tres veces por semana a un vaso de vino cada dos semanas y comprometerse con un plan diario de ejercicio y alimentación saludable, Jelly vio resultados casi inmediatos.

"La gente siempre pregunta cuántos kilos he perdido y, sinceramente, no sé cuál fue mi mayor peso. Debido a que me odiaba tanto, no me pesaba (probablemente alrededor de 75 kilos)" explicó.

Let’s talk about #bloat 😤😖 . We all have it more or less. I’m just in that category “more” due to my #IBS 🙋🏼‍♀️ which I now choose not to be too upset about, or letting it affect my quality off life anymore! 🙅🏼‍♀️💖 . Every body bloat differently, some after a meal, some after a certain meal/food, some after workouts, som jut from nowhere and some just from anything! 😤 . Bloating is “normal” to a certain degree where it’s not causing you agony and pain over the “normal”. I have chronically disease, so I’m used to it now! 🤷🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️ . So what can we do when we bloat to help it?! I’ll tell you now gurl ✨😍 . 💜 first thing I do, be active! If you are feeling bloated, a quick walk or a gym session to get your intestines moving will ALWAYS help! 💜 When you eat, chew slowly. If you eat too quick, you swallow air and will be very gassy 💨 💜avoid acidic and carbonated drinks coffe, tea, juice, and alcohol should be avoided 🍸 💜 drink a lot off water to flush it all out, so to say 💩👻 💜 boil some water, add cinnamon and honey 🍯 and drink it morning and night 💜 avoid too much salty and fatty food, try to eat cooked vegetables etc instead off raw since it’s harder for you to digest = bloat 💜 eat smaller and more often to avoid over filling yourself 💜 avoid stressing and try to sleep 💤 more 😴 💜 make sure your not allergic to certain food, lactose? Gluten? Take an allergy test! 💜Do yoga to release trapped wind and get your intestine going! . . I hope you liked some off my tips, if you swipe you can see how I currently look super bloated. Not funny, and very discouraging 😤 but you need to push through even in bad times, that’s how it turns around to good times again 😍❤️ . Jelly señaló que el alcohol no solo es malo porque te suma calorías y ejemplificó: "una copa de champán tiene alrededor de 78 calorías y una copa de vino contiene alrededor de 120".

Age is just a number 🙋🏼‍♀️🙌 . . Everyone is always asking me if it’s to late for them to change, IT NEVER IS! Age doesn’t define you. 🙅🏼‍♀️ . . I’ve never felt better or less worried about ageing in my entire life. I’m happy, healthy and OLDER then I was back then! 💃🏼 , . Left isn’t my heaviest, right isn’t my “fittest”. But right is the most balanced and healthy on the inside I’ve ever been. My mentality is the biggest difference between these two photos. I do not longer care what anyone else thinks about my looks or me at all. I love me, I’m enjoying life at the same time as I’m thinking about my health. 19years VS 27years old 🤓 . I might not be the biggest to the left, just very unfit and insecure about myself. I remember hating how I looked, everything from my teeth to my short chubby fingers.
